Introduction to Hospitality

An entry level course that covers a variety of hospitality skills necessary to work in a range of positions such as a food and beverage attendant, waiter or waitress, kitchen attendant, room attendant, guest service agent, catering and function sales.

This program provides a general introduction to a career pathway in hospitality. It is aimed at candidates who have the right attitude, outgoing personality and a solid interest in the Hospitality and Catering Industry.
